I grew up listening to the Stan Kenton band, especially enjoying the trombone section & their harmonies. I never played a band insturment before the year 2000. At that time Paul Schulz & Larry Shafer started the New Horizon Band for senior citizens. It was then that I picked up the trombone for the first time. I've been learning to play ever since. I've heard you play before & I envy your expertise. My wife & I attend every gig that the TIJ have played. The TIJ is our favorite local group. Keep up the great sound.
